3. Client Usage Rights
Clients receive limited, non‑exclusive usage rights as outlined in their individual agreements. These rights vary by service type:
Photography Clients
You receive personal‑use rights unless commercial licensing is purchased separately.
Personal use does not include resale, advertising, or third‑party distribution.
Branding & Web Design Clients
You receive usage rights for the final approved deliverables.
Cedar & Shore Studio retains ownership of:
- working files
- drafts
- sketches
- strategy documents
- unused concepts
Extended licensing can be negotiated upon request.
Digital Products & Apps
Purchases grant a single‑user license for personal or professional use as described on the product page.
Licenses do not include redistribution, resale, or multi‑user access unless explicitly stated.
4. Studio Rights
Cedar & Shore Studio retains the right to:
- display and publish select works for portfolio, promotional, and editorial purposes
- showcase client projects in case studies, galleries, and social media
- reference completed work in marketing materials
If you prefer to opt out of portfolio use, please notify us in writing before your project begins.
5. Affiliate Content
Some pages include affiliate links.
All product descriptions, reviews, and images created by Cedar & Shore Studio remain protected intellectual property.
Affiliate partners do not receive rights to our creative work unless explicitly negotiated.
